- ½ - ¾ Cup noodles (I use the thin or med Inn Maid noodles. I think even Ramen noodles would work.)
- ¼ Cup dehydrated ground beef
- ¼ Cup dehydrated vegetables (peppers, onions, tomatoes, mixed veggies, etc.)
- 2 Tbsp stroganoff sauce mix
- 1 Tbsp powdered milk
- 1 Cup water
On The Trail: Heat 1 cup of water to a boil. Place freezer bag in koozie and carefully pour hot water into freezer bag. Close bag and leave meal in koozie for 10-20 minutes, kneading occasionally.
